My name is Patti Maurer and I have been a Graphic Designer for over 25 years. I have had past experience as an event planner where I was responsible for coordinating user group meetings and trade show events as a Marketing Coordinator for over 5 years. Being an event planner has been the highlight of my career and I felt a great deal of personal satisfaction after completing a successful event. 

 

Currently, I work as a Web Designer/Programmer and I have had my own Graphic Design business for the past 14 years and I have taught Graphic Design online and have written curriculum for online universities for over 15 years. 

 

My skills include the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and CSS/HTML as well as Microsoft Office. I work well unsupervised as well as in a group or team setting and I excel at multi-tasking, coordinating activities and managing multiple events at a time.

 

I have a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Grace College. I have both attended and worked in college communities for many years.
